Application Checklist

The Application for Tree Installation is used to approve the type and placement of trees in the yards. If you would like to change any other aspect of the visible landscaping, you will need to submit a Landscaping Modification Application.  Please review the Approved Landscaping List for help in selecting a tree. All applications require the following information:

promulgate and charge reasonable fees for its review and approval of submitted applications required to be submitted to it. The initial fees shall be $75.00 for review of new home construction and $35.00 for other applications.

Outbuilding and Exterior Modifications.

Every outbuilding, inclusive of such structures as a storage building, pool house,

aweling to Which 1f een appurtenant is terng of its cosign and material it is appurtenant in terms of its design and material composition. The design, materials and location of all such buildings shall be subject to the prior written approval of the Committee.
