About Us
How We Serve Our Homeowners
The Lakeside Community Homeowners Association exists to protect the quality, beauty, and long-term value of our neighborhood. We work to maintain a clean and safe cohesive environment, ensure compliance with community guidelines, and support homeowners with the resources they need.
Our Purpose
The HOA’s role is simple but important:
-
Maintain and improve shared areas and common spaces
-
Enforce community standards and architectural guidelines
-
Oversee budgets, contracts, and community projects
-
Communicate important updates to homeowners
-
Support residents through transparent processes
-
Protect property values for every homeowner in Lakeside
The HOA is a non-profit entity, funded entirely by homeowners through HOA dues, and managed by elected volunteer board members.
