The Lakeside Homeowners Association is currently seeking volunteers to serve on the Architectural Control Committee (ACC).
This is an excellent opportunity for residents who are passionate about maintaining the beauty, value, and overall appearance of the Lakeside community while helping guide future improvements.
About the Architectural Control Committee
The Architectural Control Committee plays an important role in reviewing proposed exterior modifications and improvement requests submitted by homeowners. The committee helps ensure that improvements are consistent with the Association's governing documents and contribute positively to the overall character of the community.
Committee responsibilities, as outlined in the Declaration, include: (Read Pages 7-9)
Examples may include reviewing requests for exterior improvements, evaluating proposed materials and designs, and ensuring projects comply with the Association's architectural standards and restrictions.
Volunteer Opportunity
This is a volunteer position and is not compensated. However, the committee plays a vital role in preserving property values and maintaining the quality and appearance of the Lakeside community.
